Maximize Your Wellness at AAE23

There are a variety of ways to stay well during AAE23. Join us bright and early Thursday morning for our 5K Fun Run! Please meet in the Lobby of the Marriott Marquis hotel starting at 5:30 a.m. The group will depart at 5:45 a.m. for a short 10-minute walk to the starting line of the race. Is yoga more your thing? Start your day with 60 minutes of Yoga and Stretching! Yoga is the discipline of personal development that balances body, mind, and spirit. Our instructor will teach physical postures and practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation and concentration that will promote health and alleviate stress throughout your day! This class is for all levels. Come dressed for gentle movement, mats will be provided.
