Phishing Alert: PDFs, DocuSign and Docsecure

There is a harmful email phishing campaign circulating that involves a combination of Adobe PDF attachment, DocuSign and Docsecure references and links.

If you receive a vague email with an Adobe PDF attachment, please do not click on the attached Adobe PDF document. In many cases, the attachment has the name, ”Update01.pdf.”

The PDF attachment contains links designed to capture login credentials. Avoid opening these links and do not enter any login credentials when asked.

If you happened to click on the document, please run virus/malware scans on your computer to ensure that your system has not contracted a virus.

If you suspect that you entered your login credentials, change your email account’s password immediately by logging directly into your email system or contacting your email provider.

Applying these best practices can help keep everyone’s information safe.
