Updated AAE Resources Aid in Claims Submissions

The AAE recently updated manuals to help endodontists and their staff correctly code and submit insurance claims. The Endodontists' Guide to CDT 2017 includes frequently used codes for endodontic procedures, coding scenarios and information about medical claims coding. The CDT is revised annually, and provided as an AAE member benefit as a free e-book or PDF download.

To further assist endodontic offices, the AAE also updated its Guide to Claims Submission and Payment. The key to prompt and correct payment of dental benefit claims is filing complete and accurate claims forms, and the Guide offers several tips to establish an efficient process in the endodontic practice. It also answers many common questions that arise during the claims submission process. The Guide also is a free member benefit available as a PDF download.
