Instead of handing potential referring dentists a folder stuffed with your practice information, simplify your delivery by using a flash drive loaded with free resources and customized with your practice logo. By handing out flash drives to your local dentists' offices, you are supplying a keepsake device which can be used for years, keeping your practice logo in the forefront of referring doctors' minds.

Start by adding the essential documents for your office including:

• An introductory letter
• A map with directions to your office
• A referral form
• Bios of yourself and your staff

The great advantage of delivering your resources electronically is that the number of documents you include does not increase bulk! After making sure you have all the essential practice information, include helpful AAE resources such as:
